1. Delivery of Reports
- Reports are delivered digitally via email as PDF files.
- Standard delivery time: 24–48 business hours after receiving complete birth details and payment.
- Gift cards are delivered digitally to the recipient’s email provided at checkout.
2. Refund Policy
- As our reports are personalized digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a report has been delivered.
- Refunds are only possible in the case of:
- Duplicate payment, or
- Failed transaction with no report delivered.
3. Cancellations
- Cancellations are allowed only before the report generation process begins.
- Once work has started on your report, cancellation is not possible.
4. Gift Card Terms
- Gift cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
- They can be used only once and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Gift cards cannot be combined with discount coupons or other offers.
